A Trello-style Kanban board for organising tasks into columns like To do, Doing and Done. You drag cards between columns, rename everything inline, and the whole board saves on your device. Fifteen ready-made templates — from a basic Kanban to SIPOC, Scrum sprint, weekly planner and sales pipeline — set up the columns for common workflows in one click. It runs entirely in your browser and keeps working offline, so nothing you write is ever uploaded.
How to use Kanban board
- Start from a template (optional) — Click the lightbulb icon in the toolbar and pick a layout — SIPOC, Scrum sprint, bug tracking, weekly planner and more. The columns are created instantly, ready for your cards.
- Add your columns — Use the sample columns or press “+ Add column” to create your own, then click a column heading to rename it inline.
- Add cards — Type a task into the “+ Add a card” box at the bottom of a column and press Enter to drop it in.
- Drag to move tasks — Grab a card and drag it up, down or across to another column. The board saves the new order automatically.
- Edit or remove — Click a card's text to edit it in place, or hover and use the × to delete a card or column.
- Export or import — Use the JSON file action to download your board as a backup, or the upload icon in the toolbar to import one back.

What board templates are included?
Fifteen: Basic Kanban, SIPOC, Scrum sprint, Bug tracking, Content pipeline, Hiring pipeline, Sales pipeline, Job search, Getting Things Done, Weekly planner, Retrospective, PDCA cycle, Event planning, Study plan and Customer support. Each one creates a set of empty, ready-named columns — everything stays fully editable afterwards, so you can rename, add or delete columns to fit your own workflow.
What is a SIPOC board?
SIPOC is a process-mapping layout from Six Sigma: five columns for Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs and Customers. Load the SIPOC template and add a card per item in each column to sketch a high-level map of any process — useful at the start of an improvement project.
Does loading a template delete my current board?
It replaces it, and the tool asks you to confirm first. If you want to keep the current board, export it as a JSON file before loading the template — you can import it back at any time.
Is my board saved if I close the tab?
Yes. The board is stored in your browser's local storage on your device, so it's still there when you come back — as long as you don't clear your browser data.
Is anything uploaded to a server?
No. The board is fully offline and client-side. Nothing you type is sent anywhere, which is why exporting to JSON is the way to back up or move a board.
How do I move a card to another column?
Click and drag the card across to the column you want and release. Drop it between existing cards to set its position.
Can I share my board with someone else?
Export the board as a JSON file and send it to them; they can use the upload icon in the toolbar to open the exact same board on their own device.
What does Reset do?
The circular-arrow icon replaces your board with the starter sample (To do / Doing / Done). It asks for confirmation first because your current board will be lost.
Tips
- Templates are just starting points — rename, add or delete their columns freely once loaded.
- Export to JSON regularly — it's your only backup, since the board lives in your browser.
- Press Enter after typing a card to add it and keep the input focused for the next one.
- Click straight onto a column heading or card text to rename it without any extra menus.
